For years, we have dreamt of stocking a Taiwanese tea collection here at Tea Life, and this August, we will make this dream a reality!
We will be welcoming a selection of eight delicious Taiwanese teas to our new collection at an affordable price for our treasured customers. At first, this collection of high-quality organic teas will be limited, but we hope to expand it in the future.
Tea from Taiwan is often very expensive for low-quality blends, yet here at Tea Life, we have prioritised bringing you the highest quality Taiwanese teas at the best price.
Let’s take a look at these delicious Asian herbal teas!
臺灣春焙烏龍 Taiwan Spring Oolong
Our Taiwan Spring Oolong makes a refreshing summer herbal tea you’ll love to sip on as you soak up the sun!
We harvest the Taiwan Spring Oolong in the Spring, which really helps to capture the fresh, floral notes, giving you all the best parts of the Spring season to start your day with. The taste is described as a smooth, slightly sweet tea with a slight hint of vegetal undertones.
Taiwan Spring Oolong can be enjoyed hot or cold for all occasions!
臺灣香韻紅玉 Taiwan Ruby Black Tea
Next, we get to welcome the delicious Taiwan Ruby Black tea which is also sometimes known as Red Jade or Hong Yu.
Taiwan Ruby Black tea is best known for having a rich flavour, often described as a combination of cinnamon and mint with a sweet caramel finish.
Again, Taiwan Ruby Black tea is another blend of Asian tea you can enjoy at any time of day, both hot and cold!
臺灣尋蜜紅茶Honey Flavoured Black Tea
If you’re a true tea aficionado then you’ll be thrilled to welcome our Honey Flavoured Black tea to Tea Life! This organic tea is pretty difficult to come by, so we feel especially lucky to be able to provide our customers with a taste of its honey-like flavour.
Honey Flavoured Black tea is naturally sweetened by the bites of the Jacobiasca formosana insect, which is how it gets its distinct honey flavour. While this tea can be enjoyed at any time of day, we find it particularly warming on the most mundane mornings in the office.
臺灣藏青烏龍Taiwan Alpine Oolong Tea
As its name suggests, Taiwan Alpine Oolong tea is grown in the high mountains of Taiwan. It’s a delightful Asian tea known best for its floral and fruity aroma with a wonderfully mellow taste.
If you want a refreshing summer beverage to sip on, then Taiwan Alpine Oolong tea is an excellent addition to your tea caddy. The light to medium oxidation of Taiwan Alpine Oolong tea makes it a firm favourite among tea fans and ourselves at Tea Life, as it provides a lovely, sweet finish we all love!
臺灣清心包種 Wenshan Pouchong Oolong Tea
The fifth Taiwanese tea we are welcoming to our new collection is Wenshan Pouchong Oolong tea, which is also known as Baozhongy.
The delicate floral aroma of Wenshan Pouchong Oolong is well-known and loved among tea enthusiasts. It is grown in the Wenshan region and delights its drinkers with a smooth, creamy flavour, offering hints of delicious lilac and gardenia.
If you prefer a herbal tea with a smooth, floral taste, then consider adding Wenshan Pouchong Oolong tea to your next order; you won’t be disappointed!
臺灣雅韻金萱 Taiwan Jinxuan Oolong Tea
Number six in our exciting new collection is Taiwan Jinxuan Oolong tea, otherwise known as Milk Oolong. The creamy, buttery flavour of Jinxuan Oolong tea gives it a little bit of a cult following, so get it into your basket to avoid missing out!
Taiwan Jinxuan Oolong tea was developed in the 1980s, and drinkers can enjoy a light, floral flavour with a smooth, milky finish, making it a firm favourite amongst tea lovers in Taiwan. We absolutely adore sipping on this organic tea all year round, but it is especially delicious coming into springtime with its delicate floral notes.
臺灣春之綠 Chun Ya Green Tea
