How Soursop Fruit can Benefit your Health

Like other health teas, Soursop Fruit Tea is full of nutrients and offers diverse health benefits:

Immunity Boosters: Soursop fruits contains vitamin C and antioxidants which serve to enhance the body’s defense against diseases and infections.

Digestion Support: Soursop contains factors that enhance digestion, and that offer relief in symptoms of distress like nausea and stomach fullness.

Heart Health: Due to soursop having anti-inflammatory effects, it may aid in lowering risks of hypertension and in contributing to the better cardiovascular state.

Encourages Calmness: A soursop tea has been used throughout history especially for relaxation purposes and it has some natural sedative effects, which is why it helps enhance relaxation and facilitate excellent sleep.

Taste Profile - Tropical, Fruity, and Almost Sour

Soursop Fruit Tea comes with a cross over in places of warmth and exotic sweetness that is both fruity but mildly sour.

It has fruity tropical flavours of the whole tea which is a mildly dense fusion and not too overbearing with tartness, yet smooth.

Smooth, delicate flavour, mildly tart in range, gives depth of complexity but is not overpowering. It’s a great tropical based infusion that’s not very heavy which is ideal for people who prefer teas that are predominantly on the fruity and mild side.

Soursop Fruit Tea promises a tantalizing and cool taste that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.

How to Brew Soursop Fruit Tea

The method is straight forward and easy:

Water temperature: Boil water to about 90 degrees Celsius (194 F) to ensure that you do not lose out on the delicious soursop aroma.

Steeping time: Use about 1-2 tsp of soursop fruit in hot water for five to seven minutes depending on how strong you want the tea. In this case the longer the better, to allow the fruit pieces to steep fully.

Enjoy: It can be enjoyed warm as an instant soothing beverage or may be served chilled for a tropical iced tea.
