It has been another busy week so I wasn't able to get everything done that I wanted to talk about this week, but for now we have Silver Needle Divine Jasmine back in stock. This is a high end Jasmine infused Silver Needle with very good feedback.
Australia Post Cost Update
This will be good for some and not as good for others I think. Instead of increasing tea costs to keep up with the increased cost of products, I've been finding more creative ways of offsetting this.
An issue for some time now has been that with Australia Post depending on the destination, sometimes the postage cost on our side is upwards of $30 for an order that may be in total of $40-60 in which case we'll probably actually lose money on the order.
We still honored the order and the selection of Australia Post made on checkout. To avoid these situations now, I've made the cost of Australia Post shipping to be passed directly on to the customer with no handling fee. What it costs us, is now exactly what it costs you. Sendle pricing remains unchanged.
This will work out better for some customers and not so great for other customers. Again, Sendle pricing remains unchanged and if you are in a situation where the cost of Australia Post is too high, you can still choose Sendle for cheap or free shipping.

New Packaging
Finally most issues resolved, all new 50-100g for most teas will be packed into ziplock bags from now on. Larger bag sizes have been ordered for the rest of the 200g sizes also.
