This week we have our new Oolong Osmanthus up, along with 'Jasmine Green Tea Blend which has been out of stock for quite some time now. To avoid confusion with our regular Jasmine Tea I've renamed this to 'Jasmine Green Rolled Tea'.
I don't often hype up new additions but I have to say the fragrance and taste of the Jasmine Green Rolled tea is quite amazing and is of a quality well beyond its price. Both have also been packed in our new ziplock bags.

New Jilungin Information
Our supplier has passed on some new information in regards to Jilungin, basically that the milled (cut) variety we stock is far more effective than whole leaf. Currently we are one of the only in Australia to be stocking milled.
'Milled Jilungin, for infusion purposes, contains higher values than Jilungin whole leaf i.e. milling Jilungin leaves increases the surface area and facilitates the extraction of phenolic compounds into boiled water as compared to whole leaves (P<0.05).
