From our cosy chai blends to warming chaga mushroom and beyond, we’ve got plenty of blends aimed to soothe the common cold, boost your immune system or simply warm your soul after a chilly morning commute.

The Warming Properties of Chai

When it comes to warming teas for Autumn you don’t get much better than chai. That’s why in our Autumn tea collection we have a full selection of chai blends to keep you nice and toasty even on the chilliest Autumn mornings.

But what makes chai so warming? Well it’s the luscious blend of warming spices in each cup that keeps you warm from the inside out.

Some of the most commonly found spices within your typical chai blend are ginger, cinnamon and cloves. These spices have the ability to improve your circulation and digestion which is what makes them feel so warming when ingested as a tea.

If you’re looking to find a tea for the Autumn/Winter season that has this effect then be sure to look out for teas containing ginger, cinnamon or cloves. Our blend of chai includes cinnamon and cloves as well as cardamom, black pepper and star anise.

Chai Dreams

With a delightfully warm and bold taste our Chai Dreams is a very popular choice for pretty much all tea drinkers. It’s fabulously warming yet also incredibly drinkable so we find many of the tea lovers who purchase our chai dreams blend intend to stock up their office break room with it to make Autumn go just a little faster!

You can enjoy our chai dreams blend as it is or with a splash of milk. Some of our customers prefer to add some honey for sweetness but it’s entirely up to you how you enjoy this lovely blend!

Chai Dreams Vanilla

Another popular choice for the Autumn is our Chai Dream Vanilla Edition which is very similar to the original chai dreams with an extra added sweetness. It’s a brilliant replacement for sugary coffees with lots of syrup and a firm favourite at Tea Life™ HQ!

Our chai dream vanilla edition includes Black tea, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Ginger Root, Star Anise, Black pepper, Marigold as well as vanilla for that lovely sweetness that makes this tea so very distinctive.

Chai Dreams Rooibos

If you’re looking for something without caffeine to sip on this season then our Chai Dreams Rooibos Edition is a brilliant alternative to the black tea versions. This spiced herbal tea is a great way to blend all of the delicious flavours of chai with the classic tones of rooibos. Again this tea can also be enjoyed as is or with a little splash of milk depending on your preferences!

Chaga Mushroom Tea

Our Chaga Mushroom Tea is made from the prized mushrooms from Siberia and isn’t technically a chai blend but it’s perfect for a cosy Autumn. The Siberian Chaga Mushrooms are native to only a few countries and strangely are only found growing on Birch Trees making them even more sought after.

If you’re looking for a warming herbal tea for the Autumn/Winter that has plenty of immune boosting properties then our chaga mushroom blend is perfect for you. It has so many health benefits like being packed full of antioxidants and it is an adaptogen which means it helps the body adapt to stress.

All of our Autumn collections are the best teas to be sipping on when the seasons change but we really think the four listed in this article are something extra special!
